The crawlers began work in June with a 180USt SCC1800 and rated 260t SCC2500C lifting up to 30USt.
Later, in July, the site added two additional SCC2500C models.
The crawler cranes work on an elevated part of the highway the eastern side of the Rodoanel, by the city of Suzano.
The main activity of the cranes is to lift and to assist with pile driving, working with cantitravel equipment.
Contractors put the cantitravel on the piles with the help of a truck crane.
The SCC1800 crawler crane assisted with positioning the piles, beams and equipment.
The cranes work with a maximum lift of 30USt about nine hours per day, reaching up to 18 hours per day during peak work.
The engineer responsible for the project, Wagner Porfirio, said, "With this system there will be no major earthworks, since the place of work is a floodplain."
"By August, we will have four machines operating at different worksites."
"The devices meet our standarts and have excellent cost-benefit, which is exactly what differentiates Sany from competitors."
The crawlers will work on the beltway, envisaged to speed the time it takes to get to Guarulhos International Airport, until February, 2014.
