The company plans to produce up to five cranes this year, and 10 in future years, the report says.
The crane services buildings up to 36 storeys, maximum capacity of 8t and jib length of 50m, according to the report.
Although the crane is said to be CE marked, its main market is in Russia and Ukraine.
