Since delivery, the GMK7450 has been placing 30t concrete-covered gas pipes, for which it uses 55m of main boom, and maximum counterweight of 120t. The Grove GMK7450 is the first of its kind to be purchased in Qatar.
Qatar Navigation’s new Grove GMK7450
The GMK7450 joins 12 other Grove all-terrains in Qatar Navigation’s fleet, which comprises five GMK5200 models, three GMK5100s, two GMK4075s, and two GMK3050-1s, with another one on order, as well as a GMK5130-1, expected later this year.
