Trotter was previously vice president of quality at Elliott Turbomachinery in Jeannette, PA. He has also worked for Siemens Power Corporation and the Naval Reactors Office responsible for the oversight of procurement of materials, components and nuclear fuel for the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program.
Trotter holds an MBA from Waynesburg College in Pennsylvania as well as a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University.
