The project is being developed and constructed by Dap Yapi Construction, one of the largest construction companies in Turkey. It incorporates 1,463 housing units, hotels, restaurants and shopping outlets.
Raimondi installed ten tower cranes, a combination of its 10t MRT 144, 8t MRT 111 and 6t SRT 85 models, all of which were supplied for building towers more than 150m high. The cranes are all flat-top models, assisting their operation in close proximity to each other and addressing issues with space restrictions at the construction sites.
