Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing deteriorated treated timber pile wharf and construction of a new 6.1 metre wide x 57.5 metre long treated timber cribwork wharf on a rock mattress, complete with reinforced concrete deck, mooring devices, jib crane base, untreated hardwood fender system, electrical conduits, and utility pole. Existing treated timber crib and span wharf approach to remain.
