The crane features a 35m main boom and 16m lattice jib extension and uses a 169kW, 230HP engine.
“A 2.55m width chassis and only 32t of weight enables the RT 500 to be transported using simple trailers (and consequently road permits) at a considerable lower costs than other RT crane models,” claimed export manager Daniele Rigo.
Production of the crane began in March. The first four units will arrive in July and the rest will be delivered in September and October.
