Liverpool, UK-headquartered mobile crane company John Sutch Cranes has added a new 60-tonne capacity Sany SAC600E all-terrain crane to its fleet.

The crane is equipped with a full 50-metre six-section, telescopic boom which, with an optional jib, has a maximum height of up to 66.5m.

The crane also has iCab operator comfort features, wireless remote control, anti-electromagnetic interference systems, and intelligent counterweight configuration.

Hayley Sutch, designate managing director at John Sutch Cranes, said: “This investment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to offering clients the safest, most efficient, and technologically advanced equipment available in the market. The SAC600E fits perfectly with our future-facing strategy and reflects the standards our customers expect.”

To further maximise the strategic value of the acquisition, John Sutch Cranes’ sales director Paul Parry is travelling to China to visit Sany’s manufacturing facilities and receive in-depth technical training on the SAC600E and wider Sany fleet.

“This isn’t just about adding a crane to the fleet,” said Paul Parry. “For us it’s about understanding the innovation behind the machine and learning more about what it can actually do and learning about a relatively new brand to the market.

“My visit to China will allow us to bring back vital knowledge to ensure our operators and customers benefit from every aspect of what this crane can do.”

The new crane will be deployed across John Sutch Cranes’ nationwide service network, operating from depots in Manchester and Liverpool, with availability for a broad range of heavy-lifting projects.
