The schedule includes more than 50 educational sessions, networking events, and committee meetings. Among the anticipated highlights are the Products Fair with approximately 50 exhibitors; the Rigging and Hauling Jobs of the Year Competitions; the Annual Awards and Recognition Dinner; the Pandora’s Box Dinner/Dance; golf, tennis and fun run events; and optional tours of historic Savannah, Ga. and Hilton Head Island/Bluffton.

Educational sessions will feature six speakers:

Opening general session speaker Bob Gray, whose unique memory skills have netted him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records and a recent appearance on Ripley‚s Believe It Or Not, will teach the humorous and practical “Chain” system of tapping into the memory’s potential. This invaluable tool for memorising speeches, presentations, lists, complex equations and more dates back to ancient Greece.

Steven Rickard specialises in the reconstruction of accidents involving commercial motor vehicles. Rickard, who served over 22 years as a Pennsylvania state trooper, has taught accident investigation and reconstruction and has written a number of related training manuals and technical articles. He will be the lead speaker on a special educational session, Accident Reconstruction – Your Company’s Future Could Be at Stake.

John Powers is the author of four books; creator and producer of a Broadway musical; and an Emmy award winner who has hosted a PBS series and appeared on such television shows as Oprah and Today. He will explain how practicing passion enables anyone to meet the challenges of constant change; become a better leader, team player, communicator, negotiator, problem solver and creative thinker; and reduce both physical and emotional stress.

In 1983, Scott Deming started a marketing and advertising company that has earned many awards such as The Business Journal’s “Most Inspiring Business of the Year”.
