The SC&RA Tower Crane Assembly/Disassembly Procedures Task Force, chaired by JR Moran, B&G Equipment & Supply, met at the SC&RA headquarters in Centreville, Virginia, USA, to develop industry best practices for tower crane assembly, disassembly and climbing.

Additional topics covered by the task force included pre-planning and reconfigurations.
