This notice is released to announce the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District requirement for a service contract to provide labor, materials, equipment, and facilities to perform shipyard repairs to crane barge 9701 as described in the Description of Work.
No telephone requests will be accepted. The basis of award will be the offer conforming to solicitation specifications that provides the best value to the Government. This action will be Total Hub-Zone Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement will be procured as a firm fixed price contract.
NOTE: Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for contract award. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to eligible for timely award. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency.
