Fabrication and delivery of Spreader Beam to Lock and Dam 3 (LD3) in Welch, MN. Furnish pipe end caps, steel pipe, shackles, rigging line, and all other parts (i.e. pins, bolts, etc.) needed to complete a system to allow a crane to pick a 15 ton item at a 38 foot separation.
