As a result, Mark Clair has been appointed the new vice president, controller and chief accounting officer.
Clair had previously been employed as Terex’s assistant controller from June 2005 to July 2007, and had most recently served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Hexcel Corporation.
