Terex Cranes has announced that it is opening a new Terex Cranes distribution and service centre in Scandinavia to improve customer response time and, for the first time, represent the company’s entire European crane portfolio under one roof.
Operating as Terex Cranes House Scandinavia, the centre, in Helsingborg, Sweden, will be a central contact point for sales, service, and replacement parts for rough-terrain cranes, all-terrain cranes, truck cranes, and tower cranes sold under the Terex Demag, Terex Comedil, Terex Bendini, and Terex PPM brand names.
The service centre will be responsible for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Greenland, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. In addition to the headquarters in Sweden, branches already serve customers directly in Denmark, Norway and Finland. Additional service locations are planned for the other countries.
