Speaking about the company’s new approach Steve Headden said: "As Terex Cranes transitions from a factory-centred approach to a customer-centred approach, it gives us an opportunity to be closer to customers, to develop deeper relationships, and with this, to contribute to their businesses’ success more than ever".

Headden will take on the responsibility for leading the North American sales team, inside sales team, distributor development and working closely with manufacturing locations and customer support teams.
