The principal components of the work to be performed include:
Furnish a truck mounted crane, rubber tired, 6x4x2 drive carrier mounted type full hydraulic, self-propelled mobile hydraulic crane with a minimum 40 tons (80,000 lbs.), 40 tons (40 000 kg) capacity on outriggers, 360 rotation. Machine shall not exceed 10ft 9in (3.3m) overall height, 40ft 7in (12.5m) overall length or 8ft 5in (2.56m) width in travel configuration. With outriggers fully extended, outrigger spread shall be not less than 20ft (6.1m) from side to side and 16ft 9in (5.1m) from front to rear.
