Tristam Mayes, a driver with many years experience across the plant and heavy lift sector, is pursuing a new career by launching a new agency for crane operators, High Drive Recruitment. The new company, based close to London, says it is already expanding rapidly.
Mayes said, “Operators are a crucial asset on site and I feel that after working for so many companies I wanted to run an agency that appreciated how important drivers really are and make them feel valued within the company. We will always strive to work to our best for our drivers, listen to their opinions and, most of all, keep them busy
“All of our operatives are CPCS card members, fully qualified and referenced checked. As we only have highly experienced drivers on our books our clients can be assured they will be working with a hire agency they can rely on at all times. High Drive Recruitment are committed to high levels of health and safety and will always work with their employees to maintain a high standard in this. We have a strict safety policy that all of our drivers adhere to at all times.”
The company is currently looking for more operators, crew and supervisors in the lifting and plant industry.
