The Valla family, which founded the company in 1945, and directly managed it for over 50 years, has taken over direct management, and has reorganized the sales, engineering and administration departments.
Responsibility for sales and marketing has gone to Giuseppe Guglielmetti, a Valla veteran who returns to the company after a few years’ absence.
Alessandro Pavesi and Mario Riva, respectively, are in charge of the engineering department and the administration department. General management is handled by board members Lucilla Valla and Antonio Valla.
The company did not say where Manzini has gone.
