The UK mobile engineering team has undergone a comprehensive training course at Valla’s Italian headquarters.

Engineers are equipped with diagnostic tool fault-finding equipment and are qualified to work on both AC and DC power supplies and perform PAT tests.

In addition, the team has acquired expert knowledge on the 3B6 safe-load system fitted as standard to all Valla cranes.

Valla said the new hotline works in conjunction with the company’s inventory of genuine OEM parts. The majority of these are available ex-stock from their Hull, UK-based distribution centre. Valla Cranes UK also offers a direct import service from Italy for specific items.

“We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best after-sale service possible,” said Valla Canes UK managing director Peter Hird.

He added: “Valla owners already know us for our super-efficient parts service and now they can call on us for practical support literally any time.”

“What’s more,” he said, “if their crane needs major work, where possible, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be delivered on site whilst we carry out the repair.”
