Vanson VC.NK20.1L hydraulic luffing crane

Rather than using ropes, the VC.NK20.1L crane uses a hydraulic luffing system which is considered to be safer in operation, Vanson Cranes says. Also, Vanson has incorporated inverter drive systems on all of the crane’s motions to provide operators with smooth operation and a more accurate placement of loads to increase work rates whilst, at the same time, reducing the wear and tear on components.

The VCNK20.1L can be mounted onto a concrete base so that it can be used at ground level, mounted directly onto a tower system, or it can be either bolted onto steelwork or ballasted down on a base cross on the top of a building. Like conventional tower cranes this is erected on site using a mobile crane. Once erected, the maximum jib length of this tower crane is 20m, with a lift capacity of 1,000kg at 20m radius or 3500kg at a 3m radius.
