Von Roll Holding AG has sold its crane unit Von Roll Kransysteme to the unit’s director, Rolf Nothdurft. The price was not disclosed The unit, which will be renamed Rono Kransysteme AG, has 25 employees and annual sales of $5.5m.
Von Roll Holding has divested several of its smaller units to concentrate on its core businesses of insulation, casting and environmental engineering.
