Belgian crane rental firm, contractor, and precast concrete producer Vuylsteke from Meulebeke, Belgium bought 9 Yongmao tower cranes to add to its Yongmao fleet.

CEO of Vuylsteke, Bart Bracke said, "Our crane fleet now consists 100% of Yongmao towercranes. In total, 20 units from 200tm up to 550tm.

"Our biggest Yongmao STT553 lifts 4t at 80m radius and 24t maximum."

"Our return is 100% optimized by the higher lifting capacities we require for placing our precast concrete elements, which we manufacture inhouse in our own production center," said Bracke.

"Thanks to the stepless movements of the tower crane, we can position our precast elements without fault at the exact spot."

The company bought the towers from Yongmao's European importer Jinlong, a member of the Neremat Group of companies.

Vuylsteke bought the cranes on a three year warranty and with a 10 year all inclusive maintenance contract, to cover the cranes once they come out of warranty.

The Yongmaos are equipped with frequency control units and motors to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

Vuylsteke lays claim to owning the first Yongmao imported into Europe. "Our first Yongmao towercrane, a ST 7030, which we bought 10 years ago is still an efficient member of our crane fleet," said Bracke.

"The cooperation with Neremat and the investment in Yongmao tower cranes has helped to support our rapid internal growth. Today AOCV runs €35m turnover with a team of 160 motivated cooperators. It's a win-win situation for all parties involved."

Yongmao, tower crane manufacturer with production units in China at Fushun, Bejing and Shanghai sells its tower cranes worldwide distributor network.
