Lübben has many years experience in the crane industry, starting as a trainee at Krupp in Wilhelmshaven and working there for 24 years, with three years in Abingdon, Englandars.

She returned to Germany to work as sales director of Brandt Transporttechnik in Berlin, distributor of Tadano Faun cranes in Germany during reunification times. She also spent a year in South Africa supporting a German crane hire company setting up an RSA business in Cape Town. Most recently, Lübben worked 12 years for Tadano Faun directly in Lauf, Germany, as international marketing and project manager.

Wagenborg Nedlift says that Lübben will help it to improve customer support, particularly for their crawler crane cooperation partners.

Wagenborg Nedlift is the crane and transport division of the Dutch-based global operating Koninklijke Wagenborg Group. The group includes one of the biggest Dutch shipping companies, with more than 160 ships sailing around the world.

Wagenborg Nedlift provides crawler crane services up to 750t. The company says that its combination of shipping and cranes makes it one of the few, if not the only, company offering real door to door transport.
