Western Pacific Crane and Equipment, hire firm in California, has appointed its new president, Robert Johnson.

The firm is an affiliate of the Lanco Group of Companies, and an authorized distributor of Manitowoc, Grove and National Crane in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii. It also distributes outside of the continental United States in Canada, Guam and the Marshall Islands.

Johnson’s managerial scope will include overseeing the sale, servicing and product support for Western Pacific’s range of cranes.

On accepting the position, Johnson acknowledged the importance of customer service to the firm. “The Lanco Group of Companies does business on six of the seven continents around the world, but at heart we are still a family-run business with time-honoured values and a belief in always striving to exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Johnson.

“At Western Pacific Crane & Equipment, we will build on that tradition by building strong relationships with our customers and always making sure we deliver the very best service to them,” he said.
