To supply and deliver at destination (Canadian Force Base Valcartier Garrison, province of Quebec) a crane with four directional wheels (crab steering) with automatic alignment and a lift capacity of 10.5 tonnes, powered by a gas and propane engine, model Grove YB 4411 or equivalent all as described in the technical specifications Annex A and in the document named “Specification for the acquisition of a 10.5 tonnes Crane to meet second-line lift needs of building #324” from the tender document.
