Six years after the initial launch of the WT 650 e.tronic with 32t maximum load capacity, German manufacturer of tower cranes, Wilbert, has introduced a new version of its trolley jib crane. The company claims its new WT 650 e.tronic 48t version is 50 per cent stronger than its predecessor.
Wilbert said that in order to be able to lift weights of up to 48t, the crane has stronger jibs as well as a bigger, stronger trolley. The 48t version can be operated in four and six fall operation, while the 32t version, which is still available, works either in two falls or in four falls.
