Zachry Construction’s LR 1130

The plant will be constructed adjacent to three existing coal-fired generation units in the complex. At 750 MW, the J.K. Spruce 2 will be the largest of the coal-fired units at the Calaveras site, and will be equipped with the best available emissions-control technology.
