Jan Zwagerman has signed up as exclusive dealer for Favelle Favco crawler cranes in the Netherlands and has bought three of the four cranes exhibited by Favco at the Intermat exhibition in Paris in May.
The 28T, 38T and the 50T telescopic crawler models were sold to J. Zwagerman International. This company’s subsidiary, Crane House, which is run by Jan’s son, Jaap Zwagerman, is now the Dutch dealer for Favco crawlers.
The fourth machine shown at Intermat, the FFC 50PL pipelayer crane, is being tested to be adapted for special application works for a French company who saw the crane at the exhibition, Favelle Favco said.
Favelle Favco’s crawler cranes, first seen at Conexpo ’99, are based on Caterpillar excavator
drivetrains.
