HBC-radiomatic has launched a new radio control transmitter, the Quadrix, for industrial cranes with up to three two-stage drives.

The remote features eight two-step push buttons with metal reinforcement, as well as a newly developed stop impact switch, to guarantee safe operation at any time. The stop impact switch is also part of safe switch-on mode that HBC-radiomatic developed in co-operation with the German technical service company TUEV Suedwest.

Another advantage of Quadrix is its high-performance rechargeable NiMH exchange battery. At a typical working time of one to two hours per day, the battery can power the remote for up to twenty days. The 330g (less than 12oz) remote is housed in a rugged IP 65 protection level casing, with integrated rubber shock absorber.
