Lifting Gear Hire of the USA has bought a Sync Lift hydraulic lifting assist system from European manufacturer Enerpac.

“Lifting Gear continues to expand its rental capabilities by introducing new products. The Sync Lift maintains Lifting Gear’s status as a leader in the rental of hoisting and jacking equipment,” Lifting Gear Hire General Manager Tony Fiscelli said.

The Sync Lift controls the lifting, lowering and positioning of any heavy or large structure, including bridges and buildings, regardless of weight distribution. The computer-operated Sync Lift ensures all points are lifted in unison and at the same speed, thereby reducing the danger of bending, twisting and tilting. By eliminating manual intervention in lifting, the Sync Lift helps preserve structural integrity, helps increase the rate of productivity and helps enhance the safety of the lift.

The Sync Lift, featuring a touch screen and digital sensors to provide load readouts by lifting point, has up to eight lifting points and is capable of executing anywhere from 1 to 1,000 tons per lifting point, based on the type of cylinders used.
