New valves for accurate flow

Accurate hydraulic control applications are targeted by Denison Hydraulics' new range of high flow proportional valves. The 4DP02 series, with Cetop 05 mounting, is controlled by 12V solenoids and can be linked to amplifier cards for better machine cycle accuracy.

Flow control capacity is 80 litres/min and a new spool is designed for fine control to match different system requirements. Open and closed loop designs are available. The amplifier cards have five command inputs with individual adjustment for flow gain, zero point, time ramps and dead band compensation. Controls are front mounted, with six test sockets.
