CEA Project Logistics and Fagioli Italy enter into a consortium agreement to expand their presence into South East Asian market.

The companies aim to provide a multitude of services over Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. These services will include heavy haulage for module transportation, load-out of modules and other offshore structures, lifting and skidding of heavy items by use of strand jacks, barge transportation and projects pertaining to civil structures.

The two companies says that they are developing a strong partnership to cross training service personnel, share facilities and infrastructures, and align sales and marketing efforts throughout the region. Using this approach, CEA and Fagioli can improve their offer to the customers, such as reducing costs. "By creating this new business model we can provide the optimum equation whereby 1+1 = 3 for all our clients," the companies say. "We are very excited about this new synergy and the new opportunities it will bring and genuinely look forward to passing these benefits on to our clients."
