Liebherr goes direct in Argentina

Sudamericana de Equipos, Liebherr’s Argentina-based distributor of mobile and big crawler cranes for many years, ceased to be a distributor on 30th of September 2011.

The new division will handle complete sales and service of Liebherr mobile cranes in the whole of Argentina and Uruguay.

The Liebherr mobile crane division in Argentina is in Buenos Aires. Enrique Garnero was selected to be responsible for sales and Michael Bucher was appointed as head the after-sales department.

Liebherr-Werk Ehingen said it set up the division while implementing its worldwide policy is to include its own direct sales and service organizations in its most important markets.

Establishing the mobile crane division at Liebherr Argentina will further improve Liebherr’s sales and service organization in the country by improving access to Liebherr’s recourses and networks.
