US-based company Morrow, an exclusive distributor for Liebherr, has introduced the new Liebherr 81K to the North American market.

The Liebherr 81K is an addition to its product line, the company said late last week. The cranes, which are so far not widely accepted in the US, are for sale or lease. Morrow added that building contractors, material handlers and manufacturers will be able to benefit from the 81K's ease of use, lifting capacities and versatility.

The Liebherr 81K represents a natural evolution of the self-erecting crane, Morrow said. It was initially introduced at CONEXPO 2011 and has become an industry standard.
