New 300t AT joins Emerson fleet
28 August 2015 by Daniel SearleEmerson Crane Hire has added a new 300t Liebherr LTM 1300-6.2 all terrain crane to its fleet.
The crane is the most powerful 300t mobile crane on the market, says Emerson, and is also the largest in the company's fleet. It provides a 78m main boom, a folding fly jib that can be hydraulically adjusted under load, and a Single Euro 4 engine featuring the fuel-saving Liebherr Eco-mode.
It also incorporates the Variobase outrigger system, enabling the outriggers to be individually used at different lengths, improving radius and capacity when lifting directly over the supports.
Liam Clancy, managing director at Emerson, said: "When looking to expand out heavy crane fleet we were extremely excited to purchase a new LTM 1300-6.2 from Liebherr. This addition to our range of cranes will help us further meet our customers' demand for heavy lifting across the UK."
