In preparation for NCCCO crane operator written and practical examinations, rental firm Shawmut Equipment is providing pre-exam preparation sessions at its South Easton, Massachusetts facility on 23rd April.

With the 6th April deadline for registration fast approaching, Shawmut says its five day exam and preparation course will review the practical skills and shore up participant’s knowledge of the written material prior to the exam.

Content covered in the sessions will help attendees achieve both Swing cab/large telescopic operator certification and Fixed cab/small telescopic operator certification.

Shawmut has structured the programme to consist of two days of pre-examination preparation, with the two days allocated for the exams also taking place at Shawmut’s facility. The additional day is set aside for extra testing as needed.

For an additional $199 fee, candidates have the option to undertake an extra day’s training and examination for the NCCCO’s Rigger/Signalperson certification, with successful candidates receiving an ATS OSHA-compliant Qualification Wallet Card.
