Terex hydraulic luffer in Sydney

Australian crane rental company Cosmo Cranes has put its brand new Terex CTLH 192-12 hydraulic luffing jib tower crane to work.

The crane is being used for the construction of JQZ’s ‘88’ luxury apartment complex in St Leonards, a suburb north of Sydney’s CBD. The development will comprise 700 apartments as well as 30000sqm of commercial/retail space.

 “This I believe is a game changer in the ever-shrinking job sites in our capital cities. The comfort and safety of the new cab the awesome range of class leading features are the DNA of new Terex Comedil cranes,” said Josh Handley, owner of Cosmo Cranes Group.

The CTLH192 features Terex’s latest hydraulic luffing technology to reach in service and out of service radius, of only 3m and 8m respectively. The model has a maximum jib length of 55m and a maximum capacity of 12t.

The crane is provided with the latest control system, featuring easy and quick setup, Terex Power Plus (TPP), Power Match functions and T-Torque Slewing System with customisable setting.
