Yantai Raffles share offer extended
5 January 2010Bright Day Ltd has extended the deadline of its unconditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in Yantai Raffles Shipyard Ltd to 18 January.
The initial deadline was set for 4 January, but has now been extended to 17:30 Singapore time on 18 January. Bright Day said it does not intend to extend the offer again.
