The new appointments are: David Havard, global product manager for Potain tower and self erecting cranes; Neil Hollingshead, global product manager for Grove all-terrain and rough-terrain mobile cranes; and Ruben Olivas Saunders, global product manager for Grove truck cranes and National Crane boom trucks.
