Terex hints at Chinese manufacture

Terex could start manufacturing cranes in China, according to the company’s chairman and chief executive Ron DeFeo. Speaking to Cranes Today in November 2004, he said: ‘If you look at our history you would say we have to be thinking about it. Since this is an important crane market, and cranes don’t travel so well, it is logical.’
