Liebherr had proven that even large vehicles such as the five-axle LTM 1160-5.2 with a road weight of 60t can meet the high on-road Euro VI c standard in a series of tests conducted in conjunction with TÜV NORD and the engineering partner IAV. The crane performed comparably to a commercial truck on NOx and CO emissions, and better in terms of hydrocarbons.
