TEREX LIFTING is expanding its new product support programme by assigning 50 field representatives to provide sales and marketing back-up.
This initiative is in addition to the 20 mobile service centres that Terex announced it was creating last year. Of these, 16 are so far in action, driving around the USA in red vans to provide a product support link between customers, distributors and the various Terex Lifting factories.
“This new programme will allow us to further upgrade our sales and marketing efforts and at the same time we will continue to provide our customers with simple, available and cost effective equipment,” said Terex Lifting president Fill Filipov.
