Industrial services company Bizim Vinç has received Turkey’s first Grove GMK6450-1 all-terrain crane from Manitowoc for its equipment rental division.
The crane ‘s first job was a highway project near the Sazlı Bosna area of Istanbul lifting formwork for viaduct construction for main contractor Rönesans.
The business plans to deploy the GMK6450-1 on further jobs, including hangar installation activities at İGA Istanbul Airport and upgrade work at a Limak Holding cement plant.
Bizim Vinç stated the addition supports a pipeline of infrastructure and industrial projects.

GMK6450-1 is a 450t, six-axle crane that includes a self-rigging MegaWingLift system.
The company ordered the crane with options including the MAXbase variable outrigger positioning system and the MegaWingLift attachment.
These features are intended to increase lifting capability and operational flexibility for complex tasks.
Bizim Vinç’s fleet also includes Grove GMK5250XL-1 and GMK5150XL cranes.
“This investment has significantly strengthened our capabilities,” said Bizim Vinç owner Mahmut Efek. “Thanks to the crane’s compact design and advanced technology, we can now carry out challenging lifting tasks in confined spaces with greater efficiency.
“Beyond the operational benefits, this machine has also enhanced our reputation in the market and increased our visibility among customers.”
