The bridge, at the Temple Quay Central development, was built in eight sections by m-tec, a division of the WEC Group, a bridge manufacturer in Darwen, Lancashire. It was transported to Bristol in eight sections by J B Rawcliffe, and welded together on site.
The finished bridge weighed 75t. The lift took around two hours.
