US rental company AmQuip has appointed Frank Bardonaro Jr as general manager. He joins from Maxim Crane Works, where he was general manager of the Midwest operation.
Bardonaro has been in the industry for 15 years and managed Maxim’s crane rental operations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and West Virginia. He was with Carlisle Crane prior to its acquisition by Maxim.
Bardonaro has also been the crane and rigging expert for the Ohio Valley Urban Search & Rescue Team since 1996. He was also the crane and equipment specialist for the Ohio Task Force One-FEMA team that was deployed to the World Trade Center on 11 September.
