Mannesmann Dematic has produced a new runner for its AC 25 CityClass crane and the similar styled AC 40 crane to give extra lifting height in working areas of restricted headroom such as workshops or underneath bridges.
Lifting height is increased by placing the runner sheave further to the front or top of the boom point. Depending on the boom angle required, the runner can be offset in three different positions.
