Norwegian crane systems supplier Hydralift has reported a 22% fall in net profit for 2000 of NKr 79.53m ($9m). Sales fell to NKr 1.13bn from 1999’s figure of NKr 1.4bn.
The company was optimistic about its prospects, however, with the offshore market improving.
Hydralift recently acquired Procon, the engineering arm of offshore services company ProSafe, for NKr 119m.
