Lowton was formerly group SHE-Q manager at Ainscough. His appointment comes amidst a wave of changes within the company’s senior team. This includes the promotion of Jim Fleming from manager of its Preston depot to heavy cranes depot manager. Georgina White has replaced Fleming as manager of the Preston depot.
