Sennebogen’s Algerian sales partner EURL SM Maintenance delivered the crawler to the client in July.

SAPTA is used it for lifting steel support onto foundations. It would be used to support a 600m long bridge.

The 2200 crawler’s 170 kN winching power and quick rope speeds allowed precise placing heavy of steel supports, said Sennebogen.

Sennebogen said that infrastructure contractor’s challenges included tight schedule and high quality standards.

Sennebogen said that the services provided by local sales partner, EURL SM Maintenance, were a key requirement for its contactor client.

The 2200 crawler was equipped with a telescopic unit, for improved stability on uneven terrain. Also included was Sennebogen’s maXcab cab for improved comfort, safety, and visibility.

Sennebogen said the 2200 crawler will continue to be used at SAPTA construction sites.
