12 September 2008Formed of gear manufacturer JIE Holding and Spanish tower crane manufacturer Linden Comansa, Hangzhou Comansa JIE Construction Machinery Co has developed the CJ flat top tower crane series.
The products are mainly sold to southeast Asian markets, such as Singapore, though the crane's electrical systems meet CE requirements and are approved by BV.
The CJ series has five models in two series (1000 and 2100), from 140tm to 290tm, which serve the middle and high end of Asian clients.
The CJ series has several advantages, say the manufacturer. The design is mechanically-optimised, standardised, modular and durable. Mast sections come in a single piece for ease of transport. An automated reeving change takes two minutes. The crane's hoist control system reacts to sensors in the motor and the crane computer.
The cranes are welded with mixed-gas shielded arc, twice ball blasted and painted with a double-layer paint with acrylic weather-resistant varnish.
